Secure the border. Support ICE.
Reject the slogans — "Abolish ICE" is not a policy, it's a press release. Ralph will back the men and women enforcing federal law and insist on a legal, orderly immigration system.
Christian. Father. Patriot. Attorney. Republican candidate for U.S. Congress, California's 7th District. Running on a Revolution of Common Sense — to make CD7 bloom again.
Attorney. Author. Educator. Sacramento-area resident since 2011. Now — the candidate to retire Doris Matsui and bring conservative values back to California.
I am a Christian, a Father, and a Patriot. I am an Attorney, an Author, and an Educator. At 48, I am the candidate with the lived experience, the mindset, and the skillset to win CA-7 in November — and to bring conservative values back to the California mainstream.
I've been a Sacramento-area resident since 2011. I have worked in Law Enforcement. As an attorney, I've served California from both sides of the bench — as a Deputy District Attorney in Kern County and a Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles. Today I run Nwobi Law Group in Elk Grove, focusing on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation. I also teach Advanced Legal Writing to final-year law students.
In 2018, when this district was numbered CA-6, I ran for the same congressional seat as a write-in candidate. I learned then what I am certain of now: California's voters are ready for a serious alternative. After the recent redistricting, CD7 is more winnable for Republicans than it has been in a generation.
This is not amateur hour. The incumbent (Doris Matsui) is 81. My Republican opponent in this primary is in his 20s. Either choice gifts the seat back to the Democrats. I am the candidate who can prosecute the case of Doris Matsui — and ensure that she retires from politics for good.
I will not let you down. Cast your vote for me on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
Where Ralph stands and what he'll fight for in Washington — in plain English, not focus-group slogans.
Reject the slogans — "Abolish ICE" is not a policy, it's a press release. Ralph will back the men and women enforcing federal law and insist on a legal, orderly immigration system.
As a former Deputy District Attorney and a Deputy Public Defender, Ralph has seen the justice system from every angle. He will fund — not defund — the police, and stand with victims, not slogans.
Lower taxes, smaller government, real relief on groceries, fuel, and housing. The cost of living is killing CD7 — the answer is not another federal program. The answer is room to breathe.
"No funding for allies" is not strength — it's retreat. Ralph will support the partnerships that keep Americans safe at home and credible abroad, while demanding the Pentagon spend every dollar wisely.
Schools should teach reading, writing, math, and civics — not ideology. Ralph will fight for parental rights, school choice, and a curriculum focused on what California's kids actually need to compete.
Two-thirds of Americans begin some form of cognitive decline by age 70. Congress is not a lifetime appointment. Ralph supports federal term limits and public, in-district office hours every month.
Prosecutor. Defender. Professor. Principal attorney. The pages of a working life, in chronological order.

Ran for the same congressional seat (then numbered CA-6) as a write-in candidate against Doris Matsui. After 2023 redistricting, the seat is now CD7 — and more winnable than ever.
Private practice focused on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation — representing working Californians in courts across the state.
Prosecuted on behalf of the people of California — first-hand experience holding criminals accountable and standing with victims.
Defended the constitutional rights of Los Angeles residents. Both sides of the bench — a perspective rare in Congress.

The Framers wrote minimum age requirements into the Constitution because experience matters. Modern science tells us the brain finishes developing around 25 — and that two-thirds of Americans begin some form of cognitive decline by 70. Here is the age of every candidate on the ballot.
“This is not amateur hour. No rookie mistakes. CD7 is winnable for Republicans now — if we field the right candidate.”

Elk Grove Citizen profiles Ralph's candidacy ahead of the June 2 Republican primary — his case for experience, electability, and a return to common-sense representation for California's 7th.
"Let's face it — age is the elephant in the room. At 48, I am the candidate with the right skillset, age, and experience to prosecute the case of Doris Matsui, and ensure that she retires from politics, for good."
After the Sacramento candidate forum, the choice came into focus. "A position in Congress is not the job one gets while in college. The stakes are higher. We cannot afford to water down our votes by splitting them between two Republicans."

This is not amateur hour — and there are no rookie mistakes. The primary is on June 2, 2026, and the math is simple: a unified Republican vote is the path back to a CD7 seat we have not held in a generation.
